- 30% deposit required to confirm the booking.
- Check-in 15:00–19:00 / Check-out by 10:00.
- Small pets allowed upon notice with a €30 supplement.
- Pool, tennis (Via Sant’Amico 14), barbecue area, and laundry available for guests.
- Closed: from 01/01 to 27/3 and from 9/11 to 31/12.
- Pool opens approximately from 20/5 to 20/9 (weather permitting).
