La Torre di Vigna Sant’Amico is not just a place to stay, but an architectural experience without equal in the Marche. What was once the water tank of the Sant’Amico district of Morro d’Alba is now an original and comfortable residence, carefully reinterpreted to offer an exclusive stay between history and design. Immersed in the greenery of the Marotti Campi wine estate, among vineyards and hills sloping down toward the sea of Senigallia, La Torre represents a solution unique in its kind, where authenticity, panorama and tranquility blend into an unrepeatable atmosphere.

The Exteriors

La Torre offers the rare luxury of independence and privacy, in the heart of the hills of Morro d’Alba. A large garden surrounds the property, creating a secluded and quiet space where time seems to slow down. The furnished pergola, wrapped in wisteria, with tables, chairs and a barbecue, is perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors, immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside.

The independent entrance and reserved parking ensure maximum autonomy during your stay at Vigna Sant’Amico Country House.
It is also possible to access, shared with the main Villa, the large panoramic swimming pool (16 x 9 meters), ideal for cooling off on summer days with views over the vineyards and toward the sea of Senigallia.

The Interiors

The property is arranged over four levels, connected by an elegant spiral staircase and a convenient internal elevator that makes each floor easily accessible.
The spaces are distributed vertically, creating an original living experience where architecture and panorama interact with each other, in the heart of Morro d’Alba and the hills of the Marche, just a few minutes from the sea of Senigallia.

Ground Floor

The convivial heart of the Tower opens with a spacious and bright kitchen, conceived as the first welcoming space. The room is furnished with custom-made furniture that harmoniously follows the circular layout of the structure, enhancing its original architecture. At the center, a large table becomes a meeting and sharing point, in an intimate and authentic atmosphere immersed in the hills of Morro d’Alba.

First Floor

The Suite is located on the first level of the Tower and hosts the main sleeping area in an intimate and private atmosphere. The double bedroom, cozy and evocative, is served by a private bathroom with bathtub/shower, creating a space dedicated to relaxation and tranquility, immersed in the silence of the hills of Morro d’Alba and in the exclusive setting of Vigna Sant’Amico Country House.

Second Floor

The Family & Friends space occupies the next level of the Tower and hosts a second spacious and bright bedroom with three single beds. This room also features a private bathroom with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy. A space designed to accommodate family or friends, in a setting of tranquility immersed in the hills of the Marche, just a few minutes from Morro d’Alba and the sea of Senigallia.

Third Floor

The Belvedere is the true gem of the Tower. On the top floor, a spacious living room with satellite TV opens up, a panoramic space suspended between sky and hills. From here, the windows offer a spectacular 360° view over the surrounding area: the vineyards of Verdicchio and Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, the historic Villa Marotti Campi, the outline of the mountains and the blue of the sea of Senigallia. A privileged vantage point where the gaze embraces the authentic soul of the Marche.
